Job Summary

The Senior Enterprise Account Director (Sr EAD) drives disciplined execution of enterprise strategies for complex, multi‑entity health system partnerships. Working in close alignment with the Strategic Customer Vice President (SCVP) who leads enterprise strategy and senior‑most customer relationships. The Sr EAD serves as a trusted execution partner, ensuring enterprise priorities translate into coordinated action, sustained adoption, and measurable results.

Operating within the strategic framework established by the SCVP, the Sr EAD owns critical regional and operational stakeholder relationships and translates system‑level objectives into actionable regional plans that scale across facilities and service lines. The role reinforces executive engagement by advancing initiatives, developing executive‑ready insights, and supporting enterprise governance forums such as QBRs and executive sponsor meetings.

The Senior Enterprise Account Director applies strong executive presence, communication, and influence to drive progress within a highly matrixed environment, leading through credibility rather than authority. In partnership with sales, clinical, marketing, service, solutions, and contracting teams, the SrEAD helps align execution, address barriers, and maintain momentum.

Anchored in a customer‑centric mindset, the Sr EAD partners with customers to diagnose needs, apply BD solutions within the broader enterprise strategy, and support the co‑creation of value propositions, KPIs, and dashboards that demonstrate outcomes. The role also provides experienced leadership in executing complex initiatives including enterprise business reviews, implementations, contracting support, and compliance efforts to ensure disciplined follow‑through, consistency, and enterprise‑level impact.

  • Support and advance executive‑level engagement by developing executive‑ready insights and materials for QBRs, executive sponsor meetings, and enterprise governance forums.

  • Lead through influence within a highly matrixed environment, collaborating across sales, clinical, marketing, service, solutions, and contracting teams to maintain alignment and momentum.

  • Partner with customers to diagnose needs and apply BD solutions within the broader enterprise strategy, supporting the co‑creation of value propositions, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
