The Opportunity

The Senior Engineering Project Manager leads the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering and design activities on assigned projects. This role drives scope, schedule, budget, and quality outcomes while working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver accurate, coordinated, and cost-effective engineering solutions.

What will you do?
  • Lead engineering and design execution for assigned projects and ensure alignment with project goals, technical requirements, and company standards.
  • Coordinate, mentor, and provide direction to designers, engineers, and design leads across multiple disciplines.
  • Oversee development of drawings, models, and technical documents from concept through final design and project delivery.
  • Review design packages for accuracy, constructability, code compliance, and quality, and drive resolution of open items.
  • Collaborate with engineering leadership, operations, internal stakeholders, external consultants, and vendors to define scope, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks and change orders, resolve technical issues, and guide decision-making on design changes.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on design tools, standards, workflows, and best practices.
  • Represent the project team in client meetings, presentations, and project reviews.

Required Qualifications
