Senior Engineering ManagerDaleville, VA | Munters Corporation
What You'll Do:- Lead and develop a team of engineers and designers supporting product development
- Drive engineering strategies aligned with business and operational goals
- Support product design, redesign, and new product introductions
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and Service teams to deliver solutions
- Champion Design for Manufacturing (DFM), continuous improvement, and Right First-Time initiatives
- Develop training programs and strengthen engineering capabilities
- Provide technical leadership for complex HVAC product solutions
What We're Looking For:- Bachelor's degree in engineering (master's preferred)
- 10+ years of engineering experience with leadership responsibilities
- Strong background in HVAC design and component selection
- Experience with fans, coils, refrigeration systems, and gas heat applications
- Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, PLC programming, and HMI systems preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and drive collaboration
