Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, construction management, or relevant experience.
• 5+ years of preconstruction experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
• Ability to interpret electrical, HVAC, plumbing, architectural, and civil plans.
• Knowledgeable in MEP systems and equipment standards.
• Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement.
• Adept at identifying and solving project issues.
• Team-oriented with a focus on collaboration.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with vendors, engineers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Procure electrical and mechanical subcontracts, managing contracts from solicitation to award.
• Coordinate equipment submittals and assist with cost estimates for construction.
• Support commercial projects ensuring effective execution and coordination.
