Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, System Design Engineering, or a related field with strong knowledge of computer and control systems.
• P.Eng. designation required.
• Over 8 years of experience specifically within the nuclear industry.
• Proven experience in roles that require interaction with clients at nuclear power plants.
• Strong track record of delivering projects under stringent safety and quality benchmarks.
• Ability to adapt and respond to changing project and team priorities.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex technical and client issues.
• Lead and guide multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify and cultivate business opportunities.
• Contribute to shaping and implementing departmental strategy.
• Engage with executive leadership on critical strategic discussions.
• Hold periodic meetings with management to review resources and project alignment.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for client concerns and suggest remediation strategies.
• Develop and assess engineering design documents and change packages for digital systems.
• Participate in reviewing and formulating engineering proposals and cost estimates.
