Keys to your success
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, System Design Engineering, or an equivalent discipline with strong exposure to computer and control systems;
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation;
  • 8+ years of experience in the nuclear industry;
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles at nuclear power plants;
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects in environments with high safety and quality standards;
  • Ability to effectively respond to evolving priorities across projects and teams.

Your day-to-day
  • Solve complex technical and client-related matters;
  • Provide technical leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams;
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop business opportunities and drive growth;
  • Contribute to the development and execution of departmental strategy;
  • Communicate with and influence executive leadership on strategic matters;
  • Meet periodically with managers to discuss resources, projects, and overall strategy;
