Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a senior Java Full Stack Engineer who can build enterprise-grade applications and bring agentic AI into production. The ideal candidate combines strong Java/Spring and Angular fundamentals with hands-on experience delivering AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, and AI-assisted development using GitHub Copilot. The candidate must also bring a security-first mindset, with practical exposure to identifying and fixing application vulnerabilities in a regulated enterprise environment
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
• Technical leadership across multiple engineering teams without relying solely on formal authority.
• Ability to translate security and platform risks into prioritized engineering roadmaps.
• Executive-ready communication, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional decision-making.
• Mentoring, engineering standard adoption, change leadership, and delivery governance.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 a year
