What You'll Do: - Design, implement, and test onboard and offboard software pipelines for autonomous vehicle localization systems.
- Conduct code review and guide junior team members on code quality, correctness and efficiency.
- Work with mapping team to establish API for localization-mapping interaction.
- Provide technical leadership in code quality and design.
- Collaborate with perception, motion planning, and controls algorithm experts.
What You Bring: - Requires Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or Mechanical Engineering
- Three years of experience in software development for autonomous robotics.
- Experience must include production focused C++ software development, designing data pipelines
- Three years of experience developing sensor data processing and fusion, simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) development, and optimizing code for deployment.
