This Opportunity

WSP is currently initiating a search for a Senior Enablon Environmental / AQS and Metrics Implementation Consultant to support our global Digital Solutions Team in Houston, TX. Other WSP locations across the U.S. will be considered for the right candidate. Be involved in projects with our Earth & Environment Group and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client's objectives and solves their challenges.

Working with a wide range of internal and external clients across various industries, you will solve complex requirements, lead technical project teams, and develop designs for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) software solutions. You will identify new opportunities, develop proposals, implement software solutions, and represent WSP at external events, among other activities, to ensure that we provide quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Your Impact
  • Interact with customers using a variety of means to obtain technical details required for configuration
  • Interpret customer compliance requirements and business processes in sufficient detail to develop technical specifications for configuration
  • Interact with subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders in a confident and professional manner.
  • Configure software per design specifications
  • Verify configurations through thorough end-to-end system testing, providing resolutions and feedback.
  • Develop detailed documentation for quantitative testing, such as calculation verification of asset- and facility-level results.
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from one system to another.
  • Demonstrate software configuration and base functionality to customers in informal and formal settings
  • Develop and deliver training, technical documentation, and training materials for customer and project team use.
  • Develop test scripts and support customers through user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Analyze and interpret large, complex data sets
  • Troubleshoot configuration issues during deployment and rollout activities
  • Drive tasks in support of project timelines, deliverables, and internal and external communications.
  • Successfully manage and oversee internal and external relationships to ensure client delivery and company growth.
  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.


Who You Are

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Expert-level experience with Enablon AQS and Metrics applications.
  • 5+ years of experience as a project lead on multiple Enablon Environmental/AQS and Metrics implementations.
  • Acceptance of allowing a full criminal background check to be conducted, to allow working on government projects.
  • Past experience directing and supporting remote and global teams, including mentoring and training staff.
  • Well-developed analytical mindset with the ability to exercise sound judgment in evaluating situations, applying logic, making decisions, and providing objective recommendations.
  • Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data in a simple, actionable manner.
  • Well-developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply technical knowledge, interpret testing results, collate data, perform load calculations and statistical analyses, and arrive at effective, economical, and logical solutions.
  • Highly effective self-leadership with attention to detail, accuracy, results orientation, and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Highly effective at working independently and providing guidance and leadership to junior team or project members, with strict adherence to QA/QC standards.
  • Experience working with large data sets and spreadsheets.
  • Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.
  • Ability to work schedules conducive to project-specific requirements that may extend beyond the typical workweek.
  • Occasional travel may be required depending on project-specific requirements.
