Full Job Description
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will lead the design and delivery of complex electrical systems across diverse, large-scale projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and clients to drive innovative, high-performance solutions. You will serve as a technical leader, ensuring alignment between project objectives, design excellence, and Performance-Based Design principles. Through mentorship, technical expertise, and client engagement, you will shape project success while contributing to the growth of both people and practice.

Deliver Results
  • Lead the development of complex electrical engineering designs and specifications aligned with project goals and performance standards.
  • Oversee project delivery from concept through construction, including RFIs, submittals, and construction administration activities.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure integrated and conflict-free solutions.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to define scope, schedule, budget, and resource plans for large-scale projects.
  • Engage clients to understand needs, translate objectives into design strategies, and build long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, performance analyses, and risk assessments to inform project decisions.
  • Ensure all documentation meets QA/QC standards, regulatory requirements, and Progressive's Performance Based Design principles.
  • Lead code reviews and coordinate with governing agencies to ensure compliance.
  • Mentor and guide engineering staff, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing.
  • Lead or support field inspections to verify construction aligns with design intent.
