The Senior Editorial Content Manager leads the execution engine for the Thought Leadership and Content organization. This role owns editorial operations, governance, workflow management, resource planning, quality standards and content activation. This role ensures strategic narratives and executive thought leadership are translated into high-quality content and campaigns through efficient planning, assignment, review and publishing processes. The individual in this position leads and manages a team of writers and editors, maintaining editorial standards and driving operational excellence across the content lifecycle. Req# [redacted] Responsibilities Lead, manage and develop a team of writers and editors, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture Oversee editorial planning and production workflows from assignment through publishing, ensuring consistency, quality and adherence to enterprise messaging Own content governance frameworks, editorial standards, style guides and quality assurance processes Manage intake, prioritization and resource allocation, and establish and optimize content workflows and standard operating procedures Track production metrics and team performance to drive continuous improvement Convert strategic briefs into executable content plans, and partner with GTM and campaign teams to activate and repurpose thought leadership content across channels Serve as the primary editorial operational liaison across marketing teams, managing competing priorities and ensuring transparency around capacity, timelines and deliverables Requirements 5-8 years of editorial management, content operations, publishing, journalism or content marketing experience 3-5 years of experience managing writers, editors and complex content programs, including coaching and performance management Strong understanding of editorial workflows and governance Exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills Experience within enterprise B2B, technology services, consulting or professional services organizations Familiarity with thought leadership and executive content programs
