The Senior Network Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, stability, security, and continuous improvement of Bob's enterprise voice and data networking environments across corporate, retail, and distribution operations. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with people leadership to ensure reliable network performance, successful project execution, and exceptional service delivery.
This leader will oversee network engineering operations, manage internal and offshore resources, support escalated technical issues, and partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable and secure infrastructure solutions that support business growth.
Work environment may include a combination of in-office and remote work based on business needs. This role participates in on-call escalation support and may require occasional off-hours work and travel for deployments, cutovers, or operational support.

Preferred Competencies & Skills- Experience with Cisco Call Manager, SIP trunking, video conferencing, and contact center ecosystems
- Exposure to public cloud networking concepts including AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of network automation, process improvement, and infrastructure optimization strategies
- Experience supporting retail, multi-site, or large-scale enterprise environments
- Familiarity with ITIL or service management frameworks
- Ability to develop technical standards, documentation, and operational best practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications including Visio for documentation and design artifacts
Minimum Qualifications- 5+ years of enterprise networking experience supporting complex environments
- 3+ years of hands-on network engineering experience including routing, switching, wireless, and security
- 2+ years of voice or collaboration technology experience
- 2+ years of direct people leadership or formal supervisory experience
- Experience leading technical projects and coordinating cross-functional initiatives
- CCNA Enterprise certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, related field, or equivalent experience preferred
- Master's degree preferred
