What You'll Do- Design, implement, and manage advanced network infrastructure and services
- Diagnose and resolve complex network issues and performance bottlenecks
- Continuously monitor system performance, diagnose Tier1 issues, and implement solutions to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Implement and maintain security measures, conduct audits, and enforce policies.
- Serves as the escalation point for complex technical issues, providing troubleshooting, coordinating timely resolution across teams, and documenting root causes and preventive actions
- Participates in a rotating on-call schedule to ensure continuous support, and when off rotation, remain available to receive, triage, and coordinate with other teams.
- Other duties and responsibilities as determined by TAI from time to time in its sole discretion
What You Need- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of specialized experience in server administration.
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE)
