Arcetyp LLC is looking for a Senior DoD Healthcare Program Operations Coordinator / Team Lead. This position is onsite and located in Fort Detrick, MD.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Lead administrative/program coordination support across the organization.
- Coordinate taskers, meetings, agendas, minutes, staffing packages, correspondence, and suspense tracking.
- Support personnel in-processing, organization charts, rosters, records, purchase requests, travel/visitor coordination, and office operations.
- Administer or support ETMS-2, LINCS, EDMS, SharePoint, OneNote, and related Government systems.
- Coordinate and standardize administrative processes across teams.
NECESSARY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Senior-level executive/program coordination.
- DoD administrative processes and correspondence.
- Task/suspense management.
- Records/document management.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and senior stakeholders.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Advanced Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.
- Strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage numerous simultaneous efforts and deadlines.
- Ability to handle CUI, proprietary, acquisition-sensitive, and other sensitive information.
- Travel: Up to 20%
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current PAE MP/DHA incumbent Program Coordinator or Administrative Team Lead.
- ETMS-2, LINCS, EDMS, ATAAPS and SharePoint experience.
- Fort Detrick experience.
- DHA tasker/staff-action experience.
