Full Job Description

BASIC PURPOSE: Core leader of the future-state Transformation Office as the senior enterprise integrator for the turnaround, ensuring the business identifies the right opportunities, translates them into accountable plans, and delivers value with operating rigor and strategic agility. The role exists to connect value creation, value assurance, executive governance, and intervention support so that senior leaders receive fact-based guidance and the business remains firmly in the driver seat for execution.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the enterprise Transformation Office governance, management system, and performance rhythm for priority turnaround initiatives.

  • Lead opportunity ideation and pressure-test business cases, implementation logic, and risks across both revenue and cost opportunities.

  • Influence senior leaders on initiative ambition, resourcing, timing, and corrective actions using fact-based analysis and clear trade-offs.

  • Integrate value capture and value assurance disciplines so that opportunity generation, benefit logic, and execution tracking remain connected.

  • Ensure value definitions, baselines, actuals logic, and benefit timing are credible and aligned with Finance.

  • Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews, escalation forums, and decision routines focused on action rather than passive reporting.

  • Resolve cross-functional bottlenecks by mobilizing business owners, support functions, and decision makers quickly and with strong operating rigor.

  • Shape CEO, CSO, CFO, ELT, and Board materials that synthesize turnaround progress, risks, trade-offs, and decisions required.

  • Embed AI-enabled analytics, reporting, and synthesis routines to improve team productivity, speed to insight, and strategic agility.

  • Codify playbooks, templates, and working norms that reduce consultant dependence and strengthen internal TO capability.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, Strategy, or related field required. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE: 10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, transformation, restructuring, finance, or performance improvement in a large and complex organization. Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide turnaround or value creation programs with measurable financial impact. Proven ability to influence senior leaders, guide executive decision making, and lead cross-functional work without relying solely on direct reporting lines. Experience building business cases, running governance forums, and translating analysis into action is required.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Outstanding problem solving and analytical orientation, strong results orientation and ownership, and an exceptional sense of urgency. Strong value creation instinct, value assurance and finance rigor, and broad industry and operating context. Demonstrates operating rigor and strategic agility in fast-moving environments. Excellent executive communication and ability to use analytics, AI-enabled workflows, and structured thinking to support senior leadership decisions.
