Full Job Description

Provides deep transformation expertise and functional leadership across large, complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise transformation programs. Serves as a recognized internal authority, directing senior specialists and influencing strategic enterprise post-acquisition integration priorities and execution decisions to accelerate business and client outcomes.

Core Responsibilities:


  • Determines the transformation approach for post-acquisition integration. Identifies transformation challenges and defines requirements across people, process, technology, operating model, and business readiness. Integrates work across major components and recommends solutions that address enterprise dependencies and accelerate intended business outcomes.
  • Serves as the escalation point for the most complex, ambiguous, or unprecedented integration issues. Evaluates data, enterprise dependencies, risks, control considerations, and competing perspectives to develop defensible recommendations and enable informed decisions.
  • Leads the development and continuous improvement of enterprise integration standards, playbooks, methodologies, and diagnostic tools. Provides guidance on enterprise transformation, strategic execution, and business readiness. Ensures transformation work aligns with overall enterprise strategy and relevant market conditions.
  • Builds and maintains strategic relationships across sites, departments, divisions, and internal and external partners to support enterprise transformation initiatives. Advises senior leaders, sponsors, and transformation teams on complex decisions, design alternatives, and implications. Uses enterprise perspective and insights to challenge assumptions, clarify trade-offs, and influence approaches and business outcomes.
  • Provides expert review and quality assurance for integration strategies, roadmaps, readiness assessments, and intervention plans. Identifies gaps, interdependencies, and unintended consequences and recommends changes before critical decisions or execution milestones.
  • Leverages deep transformation expertise to provide mentorship to senior specialists and other experienced team members across complex transformation work. Sets expectations, reviews and challenges approaches, coaches through novel issues, and builds enterprise transformation capability across the discipline.
  • Leads development of evaluation frameworks and measures for transformation success that help business partners assess readiness, adoption, effectiveness, value realization, and sustainability. Evaluates insights across initiatives to identify systemic themes, improve transformation practices, and inform future approaches and priorities.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
