Position OverviewThe Portfolio Services Lead owns TM service delivery, team management, and reporting consistency for a Fortune 100 Technology account across North and South America, meeting contractual obligations and client's outsourcing objectives for cost savings, consistent execution, and risk management.
This role sits within a fast-paced technology client environment. The ideal candidate leads with strong portfolio strategy instincts, working upstream of transaction triggers to anticipate client needs, while operating with the agility and speed of execution this client expects.
Portfolio Strategy & Upstream Planning• Sets the vision and strategy for the North/South America account plan, ensuring exceptional client delivery
• Develops multi-year transaction roadmaps that anticipate real estate needs ahead of individual deal triggers
• Sets prioritization frameworks, deal pursuit criteria, and execution timelines to optimize portfolio performance
• Runs financial analysis on transaction alternatives, including lease-vs-buy decisions and term optimization
• Builds business cases for real estate decisions, incorporating occupancy cost, benchmarking, and risk
Client/Stakeholder Management• Serves as single point of contact for TM service delivery and escalations
• Turn Client Requirements and Transaction Strategy into Actionable Objectives
• Owns TM contractual obligations to the client
• Manages relationships with key stakeholders across client 's organization
• Develops and implements the account business plan
Leadership• Aligns team priorities with client's key business drivers
• Attracts, hires, and retains top talent; builds team performance through coaching and feedback
• Acts as player-coach, personally engaging on select high-priority or complex transactions
Financial Management• Owns account financial targets, including revenue, expenses, and debtors
• Design growth strategy to meet client targets, and identifies cross-sell opportunities for JLL products
• Meet targets, ensuring costs and incoming revenue are balance and managed properly.
• Tracks fee collection and accounts receivable
Contract Management• Ensures contract adherence and achievement of KPIs, service levels, and other contracted metrics
• Runs the change control process and manages account governance
Operations Leadership• Manages all delivery resources, including team recruitment and performance assessment
• Owns direct reports' professional development and account succession planning
• Drives adoption of technology systems and reporting suited to a fast, high-volume portfolio
• Builds and maintains SOPs that keep pace with the account's speed of change
• Drives consistency in governance, reporting, and systems across North and South America
• Prepares QBRs and supports Lease Administration and PDS teams, as applicable
Qualifications• 10+ years in Transaction Management or Corporate Leasing
• Track record building portfolio strategy and multi-year transaction roadmaps; upstream planning exposure a plus
• Experience managing multi-country account structures across North and South America
• Strong financial modeling skills, including lease-vs-buy analysis and business case development
• Experience in a fast-paced, technology, or high-growth client environment preferred
• Tertiary qualifications in Real Estate and/or Finance advantageous; comfortable owning account P&Ls

Expected compensation for this position:209,000.00 - 303,250.00 USD per year
Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
