SummarySenior Director, Talent AcquisitionThe Senior Director, Talent Acquisition provides strategic leadership over the design, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise talent acquisition for high-volume and frontline staffing for Advantage Solutions. This role is responsible for close to 20,000 hires annually, managing internal recruiting teams, RPO partnerships, recruiting technology, compliance, and vendor relationships. The Senior Director partners closely with S&OP, workforce analytics, and business unit leadership to translate demand forecasts into actionable staffing strategies that meet aggressive fill-rate, quality-of-hire, and cost-per-hire targets while supporting organizational growth.
Responsibilities- Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy for high-volume and frontline staffing across all business units
- Direct and oversee high-volume talent acquisition operations to meet fill-rate and time-to-hire targets for approximately 20,000 annual hires
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to translate demand forecasts and labor-market insights into recruiting plans and staffing models
- Support recruiting operations through technology strategy, workflow automation, compliance processes, and data-driven performance management
- Build, develop, and lead talent acquisition leadership teams and recruiting teams across internal and outsourced delivery models
- Manage performance of external recruiting service providers to ensure service level compliance, return on investment, and cost-per-hire targets
- Oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies, aligning spend to hiring needs and leveraging multiple attraction channels
- Ensure enterprise-wide compliance with employment laws and regulations related to talent acquisition and deliver training for recruiters and hiring managers
Qualifications- Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree (MBA or graduate degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered)
- Experience Requirements: 10-12 years experience in relevant field (Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Operations experience preferred)
- Travel requirement: Some travel expected
Supervisor ResponsibilityDirect Reports: Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources
Indirect Reports: May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports
Required Knowledge and Skills- Advanced knowledge of full-lifecycle talent acquisition strategy in high-volume and frontline environments
- Expertise managing recruitment process outsourcing partnerships and external staffing providers
- Strong understanding of recruiting technology ecosystems and candidate workflow automation
- Proficiency in workforce planning, demand forecasting, and S&OP integration for labor deployment
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance requirements
- Data-driven decision-making with ability to define, measure, and act on recruiting performance metrics
