Full Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Director, Strategy and Planning to work within our EverPro business unit. EverPro is EverCommerce's home services business unit, delivering software and technology that helps home service professionals grow revenue, streamline operations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role is the strategy and program engine for EverPro Operations, turning long-range priorities into sequenced, well-run programs that deliver measurable outcomes across the go-to-market and customer lifecycle. The Senior Director, Strategy and Planning develops the multi-year strategy and annual operating plan for Operations and leads the enterprise programs that bring that plan to life. The role owns program design, communications, change management, and delivery, ensuring strategy translates into real, measurable results through disciplined execution. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring exceptional stakeholder management, program leadership, and the ability to standardize how work runs in a complex, multi-brand environment. You will partner closely with EverPro functional operations leaders, systems and data teams, and product partners, while serving as a key liaison to EverCommerce central shared services. This role reports to the Head of Operations for EverPro. Responsibilities: • Develop the multi-year tools and product alignment strategy and annual operating plan for Operations, aligned to enterprise priorities, and communicate the highest-impact outcomes to executive leadership. • Lead large, cross-functional programs from design through delivery, including program structure, engagement mechanics, communications, and change management. • Drive rationalization and consolidation of the operations and go-to-market tool stack, tracking financial savings and the reduction in tool count. • Define and map the enterprise business process architecture, including detailed Level 3 and Level 4 processes, and establish the supporting taxonomy, standards, and governance. • Establish the unified account data strategy and a single customer view across brands. • Advance an AI-forward, standardized set of go-to-market tools and processes, and build adoption and excitement across the organization. • Establish executive alignment and a consistent operating and communication cadence across Operations. • Partner across functional operations leaders, systems and data teams, product partners, and central shared services to sequence initiatives with clear ownership and accountability. • Build performance visibility for the portfolio of programs, including savings, adoption, and delivery milestones. Skills/Experience: • 10+ years of progressive leadership across Strategy and Planning, Business Operations, Program Management, or Enterprise Transformation roles within scaled SaaS or technology-driven organizations. • Proven experience developing multi-year strategy and driving annual business planning aligned to enterprise priorities, including communicating outcomes to executive leadership. • Track record of standing up and leading enterprise programs, PMO, or portfolio governance that drive prioritization clarity, resource alignment, and on-time delivery of complex initiatives. • Demonstrated success leading large-scale systems and platform transformations, including tool rationalization and consolidation across a complex application landscape. • Experience defining process architecture and standardizing business processes across functions, with strong command of process decomposition and governance. • Experience driving account and data unification toward a single customer view and a consistent, trusted data model. • High degree of data fluency and an AI-forward mindset, with experience operationalizing AI, automation, and emerging technologies into measurable business impact. • Outstanding executive communication and change management skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive decisions in ambiguous environments. • Exceptional ability to translate strategy into execution, with a bias toward action, measurable outcomes, and accountability. • Experience operating across multiple brands or business units, standardizing the customer journey and closing gaps in a portfolio environment. Where: Remote (U.S. only) The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada - if you're close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
