QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, and a CPA designation and seven years of related experience in administrative, personnel, financial, and operations management, including project and policy planning in a university environment, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Excellent knowledge of policies, procedures and collective agreements in a university environment.
- Excellent knowledge of financial operations including procurement, payables, payroll and research administration.
- Excellent operational planning and management skills.
- Ability to independently research, analyze, interpret, and respond appropriately in complex and sensitive situations.

Additional InformationThe pay range is the span between the minimum and maximum base salary for the position. The midpoint of the range is approximately halfway between the minimum and the maximum and represents an employee that possesses full job knowledge, qualifications and experience for the position. In the normal course, employees will be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the pay range.
