Full Job Description
This position will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sourcing professionals, supporting a specific co-location Data Center Client. They will work directly with Sourcing & Procurement teams and leaders, Account Directors, Clients and Divisional leaders to manage expectations and team deliverables.

Near Term Deliverables

Implement governance around the flow of contracts and sourcing projects from ideation to close out, leveraging JLL's sourcing platform, ensuring Client achieves best-in-class outcomes through and in collaboration with cross functional stakeholders participating on each project.

Deliver a matrix defining primary and secondary suppliers by category, all things considered, for example: JLL's expansive preferred supplier network, nonpreferred suppliers delivering high quality services to a subset of site(s), suppliers' capabilities to service various geographies, etc.

Align on a contract brief template focusing on the specific deal points required by cross functional stakeholders, for example a summary of the contracted scope of good or services, diversity status, any key performance indicators or service levels, and fees; change source-to-contract processes to consistently populate, distribute, and warehouse, briefs, for later reference.

Proactively take contract or scope of work renewals, or significant expansions, to market, including by leveraging market data to renegotiate with incumbents for "sit still" solutions on better terms; better leverage JLL's overall spend by championing cross-Client go-to-market or supplier-management projects.

Build a plan to deliver a supplier performance management and accountability program including any first-mover investments required to deliver a best-in-class fee recoupment program for poor supplier performance against objective service criteria or levels. Develop appropriate tie-ins to Platform-level supplier performance management initiatives. Build the training and governance needed to effectively roll-out these capabilities on the account.

Assess and implement changes to optimize value delivery and compliance by effectively leveraging various dedicated and dotted-line resources to execute against the total organizational sourcing scope; empower resources to execute the end-to-end process for their assigned subset; hold resources accountable to deliver.
