This role will operate as a hands-on "player-coach", capable of both architecting the global SIOP framework and personally diving into operational details to diagnose issues, unblock teams, and drive execution. The role will be critical in building harmonized, scalable intercompany processes, governance, and performance metrics following recent integration efforts.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, implement, and lead a global SIOP Center of Excellence, establishing harmonized processes, governance, and tools across all business units and regions.
  • Establish clear process ownership, decision rights, and escalation frameworks across a multi-entity operating model.
  • Lead the development of intercompany planning processes, ensuring alignment across manufacturing sites, distribution centers, and business units.

Execution-Focused SIOP Leadership
  • Act as a hands-on leader and player-coach who can step into regions or sites to stabilize, diagnose, and improve SIOP performance ("parachute in" capability).
  • Ensure SIOP leaders and site teams are operationally grounded, driving actionable plans that have business impact.
  • Build a culture of accountability, follow-through, and measurable outcomes.

Performance Management & Metrics
  • Define and deploy a global SIOP performance management system, including KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory, service level and capacity utilization
  • Develop real-time dashboards and executive reporting to provide visibility and enable rapid decision-making.
  • Lead governance of master data management processes, driving data accuracy, standardization, and integrity across systems to reduce downstream system and process disruption.
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective action loops across the network.

Digital Enablement & Systems Integration
  • Ensure effective utilization and optimization of ERP/MRP systems, including SAP, to support SIOP processes.
  • Partner with IT and Digital teams to advance planning system capabilities, data integrity, and automation.
  • Leverage advanced analytics and tools to enable scenario modeling, demand planning and inventory optimization/modelling.

Talent Development & Organizational Capability
  • Build and develop a high-performing global SIOP team, including regional and site-level process leaders.
  • Coach teams to balance strategic thinking with operational rigor and detail orientation.
  • Identify capability gaps and implement training, tools, and playbooks to elevate SIOP maturity across the organization.

Transformation & Continuous Improvement
  • Lead SIOP transformation initiatives, particularly in post-integration environments, driving harmonization and scalability.
  • Apply Lean / Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and improve planning cycle efficiency.
  • Continuously benchmark against industry best practices to evolve the SIOP capability.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 12-15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, or integrated business planning. 5+ of prior experience leading a SIOP Center of Excellence or large regional SIOP/Suppl Chain Team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven track record leading enterprise SIOP/IBP transformations in complex, multi-site or global organizations.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional change initiatives, with the ability to influence without authority and drive adoption of scalable processes across executive, regional, and site-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a hands-on, execution-oriented leader (not purely strategic or theoretical).
  • Strong experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP highly preferred).
  • Deep expertise in data analytics, KPI development, and performance management.
