Job Title - Senior Director, Regional Organizational Development Expert

Work Location - Cranbury NJ

Job Summary - Act as OD and talent development expert to provide solutions and insights to support business development and needs in line with Global Talent strategy.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead organizational diagnosis and design initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness, agility, accountability, and productivity.
  • Design and optimize organizational structures, operating models, governance frameworks, and reporting relationships.
  • Conduct organizational reviews and workforce productivity assessments, including:
  • Span of Control (SOC)
  • Organizational Layers
  • Manager-to-Employee Ratios
  • Workforce Composition
  • Resource Allocation
  • Facilitate organization restructuring, integration, and transformation projects.
  • Define and clarify roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and accountability using frameworks such as RACI and role mapping.
  • Develop organization design principles and governance standards.
  • Establish and maintain a global job architecture framework.
