Job Title - Senior Director, Regional Organizational Development Expert

Job Summary - Act as OD and talent development expert to provide solutions and insights to support business development and needs in line with Global Talent strategy.
Job Responsibilities - Lead organizational diagnosis and design initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness, agility, accountability, and productivity.
- Design and optimize organizational structures, operating models, governance frameworks, and reporting relationships.
- Conduct organizational reviews and workforce productivity assessments, including:
- Span of Control (SOC)
- Organizational Layers
- Manager-to-Employee Ratios
- Workforce Composition
- Resource Allocation
- Facilitate organization restructuring, integration, and transformation projects.
- Define and clarify roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and accountability using frameworks such as RACI and role mapping.
- Develop organization design principles and governance standards.
- Establish and maintain a global job architecture framework.

- Ensure consistency of job design, role profiles, and leveling across the organization.
- Conduct job analysis, job evaluation, and role calibration exercises.
- Partner with Total Rewards to ensure alignment between job architecture and compensation structures.
- Build and maintain job catalogues, competency frameworks, and capability models.
- Design and govern enterprise-wide goal cascading methodologies.
- Translate company strategy into organizational, functional, team, and individual objectives.
- Ensure alignment between:
- Corporate Goals
- Business Unit Goals
- Functional Goals
- Individual Objectives
- Facilitate annual goal-setting cycles and strategic planning workshops.
- Establish KPI governance to improve goal quality, alignment, and accountability.
- Conduct quality reviews of departmental and leadership objectives.
- Drive adoption of SMART goals and KPI best practices.
- Monitor alignment effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements
Job Qualifications- Bachelor degree or above in human resources, business administration or related majors
- 8-12 years of progressive HR experience.
- Minimum 5 years in:
- Organization Development
- Organization Design
- Workforce Planning
- Experience in coordinating complex projects.
- Ability to work independently and effectively, plan and set priorities to accomplish required tasks.
- Proficient in Excel and Officeellent communication skills across various levels in the organization
The anticipated salary range for this position is $160,000 - $280,000The job description does not intend to list all the duties and responsibilities assigned to this position.
