Position OverviewThis role provides leadership, direction, and oversight for comprehensive facility planning across the health system. It is accountable for strategic facility master planning and for overseeing a project management office within the division to ensure standardized governance, project delivery discipline, risk management, stakeholder alignment and successful execution of strategic facility initiatives. The position also coordinates contract negotiation, bid review, data analysis, and project management activities in support of high-quality patient care and efficient operations.

Education/Experience
Minimum Required:
Master’s degree preferred in business;
15+ years of experience in project management, financial analysis, and contract negotiation.
Preferred:Healthcare management, capital budgeting, and staff management.
