Full Job Description
The Opportunity:
We are hiring for a Senior Director of Marketing, who will oversee Facet's product marketing and go-to-market efforts as well as all member marketing initiatives (CRM). This senior leader will work closely with cross-functional partners and leaders across Product, Design team, Planning, MX and more.

Responsibilities:
    • Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies aligned with overall company objectives. Identify market opportunities, target audiences, and key differentiators to scale awareness and adoption of our offerings.
    • Go-to-Market Leadership: Lead the development and adoption of best-in-class GTM practices and tools across the organization. Close partnership with Product to prioritize and lead execution of plans for new product and/or feature launches and enhancements. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
    • Messaging and Positioning: Create compelling, differentiated messaging frameworks that resonate with our core audiences while providing a clear articulation of our differentiation in the industry.
    • Member Engagement & Loyalty: Ownership of our member experience from onboarding through full lifecycle. Through a member-first, data-centric approach lead initiatives that drive value and delight along the way, improving retention and cross-sell opportunities.
    • Leadership: Management and ongoing development of a high-performing team.

Requirements
    • 10+ years of experience in marketing, specifically, CRM and/or client experience
    • You are an email expert and know how to drive high performing prospect programs that lead to conversion
    • You are a leader and have managed and developed people
    • You have a proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and teams, from campaign conception through to analysis and optimization
    • You are a quantitative marketer- you should be familiar with measuring the effectiveness of your work product--both content and social
    • You have an entrepreneurial mindset - you are a builder at heart and are excited by gray space and endless opportunity
    • You have an ability to ideate new and innovative campaigns, while maintaining a focus on tactical and granular execution
    • Deep knowledge of sales technologies and capabilities
    • You have a strong desire to partner cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Product and Analytics - collaboration is part of your DNA
