As the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing, you will serve as a key member of our leadership team, overseeing the planning, coordination, execution, and measurement of marketing initiatives across all channels. You will help align priorities, optimize marketing investments, strengthen guest engagement, and drive measurable business results.
What You'll Do- Lead integrated marketing planning and execution across digital, CRM, retention, and promotional marketing initiatives.
- Own and manage the company promotional calendar, ensuring alignment across teams and business objectives. Drive guest acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty strategies.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
- Partner closely with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
- Oversee marketing operations, project management, workflow efficiency, and accountability.
- Manage marketing budgets and evaluate return on marketing investments.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving merchandising, creative, photography, digital, and retail teams. Leverage emerging technologies, including AI tools, to improve marketing effectiveness, efficiency, analytics, and guest experiences.
- Mentor and develop a talented marketing team while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
- Proven success leading CRM, digital marketing, retention marketing, and guest engagement strategies.
- Strong analytical and technical expertise with marketing technology platforms and tools.
- Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, performance reporting, and data-driven business strategies.
- Demonstrated success managing marketing programs tied to revenue growth, guest acquisition, retention, and ROI. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in specialty retail, luxury goods, jewelry, fashion, or consumer products.
- Experience within a multi-location retail organization.
- Experience supporting both e-commerce and brick-and-mortar business channels.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Semrush, or similar technologies. Experience implementing AI-driven marketing solutions and automation tools.
