Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and highly experienced professional to serve as Senior Director of Home Health & Hospice. This individual will provide direction, support, and leadership to Vetter Senior Living's Home Health and Hospice agencies, building strong personal relationships while ensuring that operations, quality outcomes, and compliance expectations are consistently exceeded.

The ideal candidate is an inspiring leader with deep Home Health and Hospice expertise, strong operational oversight skills, and a passion for enhancing the dignity and wellbeing of others. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agency leaders to support exceptional Home Health and Hospice services.
  • Use the Vetter Senior Living Mission, Vision, and Values to guide daily decisions, leadership approach, and support strategies.
  • Provide expert consultation, training, and operational guidance to multiple Home Health and Hospice agencies.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and consistent quality outcomes across all supported locations.

  • Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement in customer service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Home Health and Hospice Administrator or in regional-level operations.
  • Extensive knowledge of Home Health and Hospice regulations, compliance requirements, and clinical/operational best practices.
  • Proven experience supporting multi-site Home Health and Hospice organizations with an emphasis on ensuring consistent operations and quality outcomes.
  • Strong training, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and demonstrate sound judgment and technical proficiency.
  • High personal integrity, a caring attitude, and a positive, professional presence.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements, including regular movement, occasional lifting, travel between locations, and extensive computer use.
