Senior Director of Finance

Position Summary:

The Senior Director of Finance is responsible for the supervision of the finance group supporting the international entities as it pertains to accounting and control environment, tax strategies, treasury management, and strategic planning.

Your role on the team:

  • Assists executive management with development and execution of financial forecasts and budgets
  • Supervises the close process in accordance with corporate deadlines and interfaces with Head Office stakeholders regarding process changes, coordination, reporting and other support
  • Collaborates with corporate accounting to report results consistent with global accounting policy and procedures
  • Supports the global consolidation process in managing the financial process for the line of business
  • Supports business by providing financial analysis for various products
  • Coordinates budget process across multiple countries
  • Manages planning and reporting including balance sheet and cash flow as well as related performance metrics
  • Timely and Accurate Financial reporting
  • Support Implementation of the new ERP and EPM systems
  • Assists with external audit as necessary
  • Supervises the finance staff


What you need:

  • Minimum 8 years of accounting management experience
  • PC literate to include Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and co-workers
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
