Why This Role Matters:

As Senior Director, Human Resources, you will serve as a key strategic advisor to the Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors. You will develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that enables business growth, operational excellence, leadership effectiveness, and organizational scalability.

What You Will Do:
  • Partner with executive leadership and the Board as a senior HR leader and trusted advisor.
  • Develop and execute a long-term people strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Lead workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, retention, and culture strategies.
  • Present talent, succession, and workforce metrics to executive leadership, Board members, and investors.
  • Support M&A activity through HR due diligence, talent assessments, integration planning, and change management.
  • Build scalable HR programs, systems, and processes to support rapid growth.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing HR team across talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, compensation, and HR operations.

What You Bring:
  • 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including enterprise-wide HR strategy responsibility.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Proven success partnering with executive leadership teams on organizational effectiveness and business strategy.
  • Experience leading multiple HR functions and developing high-performing HR teams.
  • Strong background in change management, workforce analytics, HR technology, and employment law.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational transformation.

Preferred Qualifications
  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent senior HR certification.
  • Experience leading HR due diligence, acquisitions, and post-merger integrations.
  • Previous experience reporting directly to a CEO, Board of Directors, or private equity sponsors.

The rate for this position generally ranges between $180,000 to $210,000 annually. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the New York Pay Transparency Law. It is based on what a successful New York applicant might be paid and assumes that the successful candidate will be in New York or perform the position from New York. Similar positions located outside of New York will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted by New York Equal Pay Transparency Law. Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location and comparison to employees already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law. A potential new employee's pay history will not be used in compensation decisions.
