We're always looking for ways to innovate faster, accelerate our growth and consistently offer the very best in consumer experience. But most of all, we're backed by a culture of respect. We embrace authenticity and inspire people to thrive.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Growth & Commerce Product Analytics to lead the analytics function that helps Peacock grow its subscriber base, improve commerce experiences, reduce churn, and increase ARPU. You will help teams identify high-value growth opportunities, diagnose customer friction, influence roadmap priorities, improve experimentation quality, and scale trusted analytics through AI-enabled workflows, Databricks, and self-service tools.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing Growth & Commerce Product Analytics team of managers and individual contributors focused on subscriber growth, retention/churn reduction, and ARPU.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute the analytics strategy, operating model, and roadmap for Growth & Commerce Product Analytics across NBC Global Streaming.
  • Business Impact: Identify high-value opportunities across acquisition, conversion, retention, upgrades, pricing and packaging, winback, offers, partnerships, account management, and monetization.
  • Product Partnership: Partner with Product, Engineering, Growth, and other business teams to prioritize product bets, diagnose customer friction, and connect roadmap decisions to measurable subscriber and revenue outcomes.
  • Experimentation: Influence the Growth and Commerce experimentation roadmap by improving hypothesis quality, metric definition, guardrails, test sequencing, readouts, and application of learnings to future product decisions.
  • Data Quality: Partner with data engineering and instrumentation teams to define analytics and experimentation data requirements, validate data quality, and ensure production data models and pipelines reliably support reporting, self-service tools, and decision-making.
  • Analytics Scale: Advance AI-enabled, Databricks-based, and self-service analytics workflows that improve analyst productivity, automate recurring readouts, accelerate diagnostics, and make trusted insights easier for stakeholders to access and act on.
  • Communication: Translate complex analyses, experimentation results, and customer behavior patterns into clear executive narratives that explain what is happening, why it matters, and what actions should be taken.
