THE OPPORTUNITY

Title: Senior Director, Global Profession Services (PS) Technology Services

Location: USA (remote)

Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Director, Global Professional Services (PS) Technology Services to join our Digital Business Unit (DBU) team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the leadership, operational performance, and ongoing development of three global teams—the PS Technology Office, PS Technical Delivery, and the PS Center of Excellence—serving as a Global Center of Excellence to provide high-quality software solutions to our customers.

You will lead a diverse, global workforce that embraces digital transformation and thrives on continuous improvement, acting as a key intellectual peer to our Engineering, Enterprise Information Technology, and Information Security leaders.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead Global Technical Strategy: Drive the development and operational performance of the Global Center of Excellence, ensuring teams utilize best-in-class methodologies and standard tools to deliver valuable digital solutions.

  • Collaborate Across Global Functions: Partner with Regional Professional Services Directors, Global Engineering, and Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) to align future solution roadmaps and ensure customer implementations follow standard design patterns.

  • Ensure Operational Excellence and Compliance: Define and continuously improve global best practice standards for technical configuration and testing while ensuring all solutions meet rigorous Information Security (InfoSec) and organizational standards.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A successful track record of leadership and managing multi-faceted technical service delivery teams within a global, complex, matrixed organization, including experience building offshore Center of Excellence models.

  • Deep Technical Expertise in Content and Information Management technologies, such as Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), and Business Process Modeling (BPM), as well as familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).

  • Proven Stakeholder Management Skills with the ability to establish rapport and influence senior technical leaders, acting as a "technical peer" to Engineering and Information Security functions.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).

  • Flexibility to work across various time zones; travel as required.
