We are looking for candidates familiar with bottling operations and/or Franchise Leadership experience who can build relationships and execute strategies across our network.

By telling stories that inspire action, you’ll help Coca-Cola’s bottler ecosystem embrace bold, innovative solutions and growth opportunities. This leader will ensure optimal system and performance management routines to steward data and performance insights, and opportunities. The role serves as a liaison between bottlers and the ‘Center’ for commercial plans, building capabilities and operationalizing strategies, processes and platforms that lead to best in class execution (i.e., Execute-Sell-Hunt a strategic framework to support off-shelf execution; Market Street Challenge, a healthy competition that rewards marketplace execution; PiCOS, unique picture of success linked to shopper and customer needs).

This leader will also partner with the Senior Director of Commercial on the development of the Annual Business Plan (ABP) and Joint Business Plan (JBP).

As the bridge between The Coca-Cola Company and its bottling partners, this leader plays a key role in partnering with Coke Florida to push the boundaries of how we go to market. This includes bringing data-oriented thinking to every conversation and crafting sustainable frameworks that unlock mutual abilities to deliver results that elevate the Coca-Cola portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Use storytelling to translate data into actionable recommendations, fostering alignment with franchise partners around strategies to drive growth, efficiency, and consumer engagement.
  • Be a Strategic Consultant to Bottler Partners: Act as a trusted partner to Coke Florida, challenging the status quo by identifying opportunities for growth and preparing plans to unlock revenue potential, optimize brand/category performance, and deliver sustainable growth across all channels.
  • Lead performance management routines with responsibility for stewardship of weekly/monthly/quarterly data, which includes reporting on revenue, volume, share, transactions, and execution objectives/metrics.
  • Operationalize commercial strategies, frameworks, processes, and platforms to drive local market execution excellence.
  • Ensures distribution capability efficiencies, outlet execution and expansion benchmarks and objectives are set and met through the execution of Bottler performance.
  • Anticipate Market Trends and Competitive Risks: Actively monitor evolving market conditions and competitive activities, providing critical insights to Bottler and local associates. Utilize these insights to drive adaptive decision-making and identify growth opportunities for Coca-Cola brands.
  • Collaborate with franchise peers and bottlers on the contingency plan to deliver annual business plan performance.
  • Standardize a common approach to capability.
  • Partner with the bottler to assess capabilities against established commercial strategies and objectives; identify gaps and develop action plans to improve capabilities.
  • Coordinate training/development to enable more effective processes, scorecards, and business routines to achieve the annual business plan.

  • Involvement with governance agreements and managing governance routines.
