Work Model: Work Model: You'll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Monday-Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days, including Friday.
Reporting to the President for the division, with a matrix reporting relationship to the Segment CFO, the Senior Director of Finance will be responsible for providing Finance leadership for the assigned Division of Regal Rexnord. The location for the role will be Milwaukee, WI. The Senior Director of Finance is a strategic partner to the President and divisional leadership, driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support growth and profitability. This role leads budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning while partnering on key initiatives such as pricing strategy, footprint optimization, 80/20 execution, and market share growth. The position also oversees compliance and process improvements, leveraging technology and Regal Rexnord's 80/20 principles to enhance efficiency. A critical responsibility is building and developing a high-performing global finance team, while providing clear, compelling communication to executive leadership and influencing across the organization.
Major Responsibilities:- Serve as a strategic partner to the President and the divisional leadership team, working collaboratively to provide insights on the financial impact of business decisions and support informed, data-driven strategies.
- Provide leadership to the divisional finance team by fostering a culture of collaboration, coaching, and continuous development. Champion talent growth, enhance engagement across the global function, and empower the team to deliver exceptional results aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the finance team in delivering accurate FP&A reporting and provide clear, insightful updates to executive leadership on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Lead and actively contribute to the Strategic Planning process, partnering with Product Management, Commercial, Engineering, and Operations team to align priorities. Oversee development of long-term financial projections and ensure preparation for the Executive Leadership Team.
- Own the annual budgeting process, partnering closely with divisional leadership and plant controllers to set strategic direction and establish aligned financial targets.
- Direct the monthly forecasting process across all divisional operating plans, ensuring accurate consolidation and timely corporate reporting. Lead the monthly close process and facilitate comprehensive financial operating review with executive leadership.
- Provide leadership across the Division on design and daily monitoring of KPI's that deliver the budget / forecast, (e.g. commercial volume, standard profit, plant operational ops, SIOP, etc), driving accountability to ensure plan to deliver the plan.
- Champion continuous improvement by streamlining recurring financial processes, leveraging technology and tools, and implementing standardized procedures to reduce cycle times. Drive efficiency initiatives while embedding Regal Rexnord's 80/20 principles into operational practices.
- Ensures application and compliance with Regal Rexnord accounting policies and procedures, US GAAP, IFRS accounting and compliance rules and laws.
- Manage and ensure timely completion of internal and external audits. Provide clear reporting on root causes, remediation plans, and status updates, while driving resolution of findings and process improvement opportunities to closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as the lead financial partner for key divisional initiatives, including market share growth, 80/20 execution, pricing strategy, and footprint optimization.
Required Education / Experience / Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- MBA and CPA is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including global financial P&L leadership in a multi-site manufacturing environment is required. Candidate must have exposure to and experience managing financial reporting in organizations with international locations, including EMEA and APAC. Background in public accounting and/or manufacturing with expertise in managing P&L levers to deliver profitable growth, financial reporting, and public company compliance.
- Proven experience in distribution and make-to-stock business models, with strong capability to analyze channel, customer, and product performance. Skilled at assessing the interdependencies and cross-impacts of channels and products on sales, inventory, operations, and profitability, and leveraging data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions. Exhibit exceptional communication skills, including the ability to craft and deliver clear, compelling messages to executive leadership. Quickly establish a strong leadership presence to foster cross-functional collaboration and effectively influence resources beyond direct authority.
- Ability to maintain focus on overarching objectives while seamlessly transitioning into transactional details when necessary to resolve issues or answer critical questions.

- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems is required; Experience with Oracle ERP system, SAP, Hyperion, and OneStream preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required.
