Position Summary:

Veralto is looking for a dynamic business partner to lead Enterprise Talent Acquisition. Responsible for developing and executing Veralto's global talent acquisition strategy to ensure the company attracts, hires, and retains exceptional talent that enables business growth and competitive advantage.

This leadership role serves as Veralto's senior talent acquisition leader and trusted advisor to business and HR leadership. The role is accountable for enterprise talent acquisition strategy, operations, technology, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) governance, vendor management, budget and cost management, and effectiveness of the global talent acquisition ecosystem. This role will champion continuous improvement, operational excellence, customer intimacy, and data-driven decision making while building enterprise capabilities that support growth, transformation, and acquisitions.

Responsibilities
  • Champion a customer-first approach, a trusted advisor to Veralto Leadership on: talent acquisition, workforce trends, labor market dynamics, and talent risks. Build deep partnerships with business leaders to understand growth strategies, operating priorities, capability requirements, and workforce challenges.
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Communications, Learning, and Operations leaders to deliver an integrated talent strategy.
  • Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with Veralto's business priorities and long-term growth objectives. Create scalable recruiting capabilities & operating models that support organic growth, market expansion, transformation initiatives, and acquisition integration.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing global Talent Acquisition organization. Establish clear performance expectations, accountability, and development plans for Talent Acquisition leaders and team members. Build capability and amplify culture of innovation, continuous improvement, operational rigor, and customer focus.
  • Develop and maintain robust external talent pipelines for enterprise leadership positions. Provide leadership to Executive Talent Acquisition, partner with executives, where appropriate, to identify and attract high-performing leadership talent.
  • Own the global TA P&L and budget, including vendor management, contracts, and invoicing-driving forecast accuracy, cost-per-hire efficiency, and measurable return on talent investment.
  • Partner across HR function and Centers of Excellence (CoE; Talent Management, Total Rewards, People Insights CoE, HR Shared Services) to clarify work ownership, optimize service delivery, and advance TA impact and transformation through effective use of Global Process Owners (GPO), HR Shared Services capabilities, and enabling technology.
  • Lead Veralto's global Recruitment Process Outsourcing strategy, operating model, and governance framework. Optimize the balance between internal recruiting resources, RPO capabilities, and specialized search firms to maximize scalability and effectiveness. Lead vendor selection, contract negotiations, renewals, and partnership strategies in collaboration with Procurement, Legal, and HR stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership on Recruiting technology roadmap. Improve recruiting workflows through automation, digital tools, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions. Drive operational effectiveness, productivity, and scalability across the recruiting function.

Required
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA with HR and Finance specializations preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition leadership experience.
  • Experience leading complex global recruiting organizations within a multi-business or matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior executives and business leaders.
  • Deep expertise in executive recruiting, workforce planning, talent intelligence, recruiting operations, and talent acquisition technology.
  • Experience leading large-scale recruiting transformation initiatives, managing strategic RPO partnerships and variable TA workforce models will be essential.
  • Experience in establishing TA GPO and partnering with shared services to drive operational leverage will be added advantage.
  • Strong financial acumen with high technology fluency

Preferred
  • Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, technology, or diversified operating company environments.
  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and enterprise transformations.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and operating systems.

This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $160,000 - $190,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
