Job Details:Job Description:- The Construction and Facilities Supply Chain (CFSC) leader is accountable for the delivery of all construction and contract management activities worldwide including sourcing, competitive strategies, contract development/administration, and supplier management for design, construction, facilities construction M+E, logistics, real estate, utility strategies, infrastructure and delivery. The leader partners and collaborates with the construction execution teams, Foundry partners and customer organizations and/or stakeholders to deliver optimized construction and facilities solutions maximizing wafer output. This position reports to an Intel Foundry Corporate Vice President who owns capacity delivery for Intel Foundry.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Deliver best-in-class commercial outcomes by deploying contractual levers, disciplined negotiation strategies, robust scope and budget controls, outsourced/offshore contracting capabilities, and workflow tools to drive speed, accountability, risk mitigation, and execution excellence.
- Proactively lead pre-construction planning, proposal development, supplier engagement, and pricing strategy well ahead of negotiations by aligning critical internal partners, shaping execution strategies, testing market assumptions, and building supplier-informed plans that strengthen commercial readiness and negotiation outcomes.
- Use industry benchmarks and performance metrics as the baseline, to build credible, aggressive, and data-backed negotiation positions that consistently outperform market standards and deliver better-than-benchmark results.
- Lead global executive alignment and supplier engagement to build strategic partnerships that deliver stronger commercial outcomes. Apply contracting, compensation, and supply chain levers with discipline to protect Intel's interests, reduce cost and cycle time, mitigate claims, and drive optimal results. Own supplier performance against contractual commitments by tracking key metrics, identifying deviations early, and driving corrective actions with urgency and accountability.
- Lead a high-performing, delivery-focused organization by setting clear priorities, creating accountability for outcomes, removing barriers to execution, developing strong leaders, and building a culture of ownership, urgency, collaboration, and disciplined follow-through across complex global construction and supply chain programs.
Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, Engineering or MBA background strongly desired with 15+ years of experience in construction contracts and/or program management or related fields.
- Progressive and dynamic leadership experience, in a high growth and fast paced organization.
- Experience growing, managing and developing a large team of an industry-leading construction capability to support large scale, multi-billion-dollar projects.
- Must have an executive presence in engaging with suppliers at the C Suite level with constructive confrontation and collaboration
- Ability to excel in leading in a highly matrixed development environment

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $222,820.00-314,570.00 USD
