Job DescriptionAs a senior leader, you will shape and execute the North America intermediary distribution strategy, overseeing key relationships with wealth management firms, insurance companies, and broker-dealers. You will define strategic priorities, build partnerships, and represent the Investments business with a strong leadership presence.
Responsibilities- Lead and develop the National Accounts team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Manage senior-level relationships with corporate home offices and intermediary channels.
- Set strategic direction, define goals, and execute account plans for national accounts.
- Drive sales growth and profitability through disciplined business planning.
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Partner across the bank to align distribution strategy and product positioning.
- Identify business opportunities, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Represent the Investments team in high-level forums, both internally and externally.
- Ensure effective coordination with cross-functional teams for client success.
- Monitor performance, take action to optimize results, and strengthen partnerships.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree is required, advanced degree or industry credentials preferred.
- Significant experience in asset management, investments, or financial services leadership.
- Proven success in managing national accounts or home office relationships.
- Deep knowledge of intermediary distribution channels and client needs.
- Ability to lead teams, develop talent, and execute commercial objectives.
- Strong strategic planning, business development, and profitability management skills.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship management abilities.
- Experience in partnering across matrixed organizations and leading complex projects.
- Understanding of the competitive landscape and market structure in North America.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
