Job Description

As Senior Director, Chief Compliance Officer, you will build, lead, and evolve a global compliance program that enables business growth while navigating increasingly complex regulatory environments-across fintech, AI, global trade, and data privacy. You will operate as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and the Board, influencing decisions that directly impact the company's strategy, risk posture, and long-term success

Responsibilities

Enterprise Leadership
  • Serve as a key member of the global legal leadership team, reporting to the General Counsel
  • Advise senior executives and the Audit Committee on compliance, risk, and regulatory strategy
  • Shape a compliance culture that supports innovation while safeguarding the enterprise


Build and Lead a Modern Compliance Program
  • Design and evolve a best-in-class global ethics & compliance framework
  • Drive risk-based compliance strategies across all operating regions
  • Leverage technology to scale workflows, monitoring, and reporting


Global Risk & Regulatory Oversight
  • Anti-corruption / anti-bribery (FCPA and global equivalents)
  • Global trade compliance (sanctions, export controls, customs)
  • Data privacy and cross-border regulatory requirements
  • AI and emerging technology governance
  • ESG compliance, including European regulatory frameworks


Investigations & Governance
  • Lead complex, high-sensitivity investigations
  • Oversee third-party due diligence and risk monitoring programs
  • Partner with regulators and support examinations and inquiries


Influence Through Leadership
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing global team
  • Deliver impactful training and communication programs to employees and leadership
  • Simplify complex regulatory topics into actionable business decisions

Total Potential Compensation Range: $205,000 - $285,000 comprised of base salary plus sales incentive compensation. Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including your qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, internal equity, and relevant experience. The Company's Sales Incentive Plan is subject to the rules governing the plan and the metrics established on an annual basis by the plan.
