Job Summary & Responsibilities

Position Summary: The Senior Development Engineer will play a crucial role in the development, integration, and testing of systems and components for our semiconductor metrology equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for advancing technology in the semiconductor field. The position offers opportunities to engage in engineering design, integration tasks and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. This will require international travel of up to 30%.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Integrate, test, and characterize systems and components as part of new system development
  • As part of system integration, combine hardware and optical subsystems with software to deliver seamless, high-performance product
  • Design and conduct experiments to characterize, troubleshoot, and improve metrology performance
  • Develop plans of action, and execute in a timely manner
  • Generate both internal and external technical presentations
  • Ability to understand and generate technical documentation for manufacturing and service
  • Release documented procedures through ECO process
  • As part of field support, travel (up to 30%) to customer sites within and outside the US
  • Job requires full-time presence on-site at primary factory location


Qualifications

Compensation & Growth
• Base Salary Range:
$128,000.00 - $192,000.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications.
