Description
Interclypse is supporting several Maryland state agencies in the modernization and sustainment of critical systems. This exciting opportunity provides candidates with the ability to contribute to the long-term health and success of the state while continuing to learn and grow professionally within Interclypse's growth mindset culture.
All positions are required to be onsite at various locations in Maryland.
Responsibilities:The Senior Developer is responsible for the hands-on implementation of Entra ID using identity-centric security model with Entra ID experience.
- Architecting and hands-on developing the end-to-end IAM framework for all Maryland Benefits applications, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
- Implementing and managing Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions with Entra ID.
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining strong Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies and privileged access management (PAM) solutions.
- Leading the hands-on integration and development of IAM solutions, including Microsoft Entra ID (for enterprise/consumer access).
- Implementing and managing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and adaptive authentication policies across all platforms.
Requirements
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or other related scientific or technical discipline. (Note: A Master's degree is preferred.)
- Must have at least five (5) years of experience in a senior developer or architect role focused exclusively on IAM.
- Proven experience designing and building enterprise-level IAM solutions for large-scale, public-facing applications.
- Strong, hands-on experience with leading Microsoft Entra ID

The base salary range provided is not adjusted for geographic differences associated with where the work is being performed. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, candidate's experience and education/training, internal peer equity, and market and business consideration.
