Primary Responsibilities:- Works with the implementation architect and sales teams to assess internal or potential data assets, and identify high level gaps or risks
- Performs high level layout gap analysis as well as deep dive implementation analysis for a wide variety of use cases
- Leads client data education and data resolution calls and working sessions
- Coordinates DUR and/or De-ID submittals and approvals
- Manages data acquisition, file inventory, and file transfer process from asset owners to appropriate pipeline location (SFTP ownership and management)
- Works with client and internal product teams to determine client specific reporting and operational needs and assists in new product readiness
- Provides representation and communication on status calls to clients
- Provides in depth mapping, data validation/QC requirements, and manually validates when needed. Tracks all issues in a data IRAD
- Coordinates with downstream teams to resolve data questions and issues
- Provides ongoing support for data issues that requires communication with the client (Tier 3 prod support)
- Responsible for coordinating alignment of pre-pay and post-pay data sets when needed (shared reference fields)
- Mature the organization by creating and improving process artifacts as well as communication and gaining support for the process models across many teams
- Leads and fully documents 'as-is' and 'to-be' business process states. Recognize gaps between current situation and desired outcome and utilize appropriate resources to obtain information, consider options and deliver the appropriate solution to mitigate gaps

Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of SQL experience querying complex datasets
- 5+ years of experience in managed healthcare
- 5+ years of structured data mapping experience
- 3+ years of experience in an external client-facing role
- 2+ years of experience working in agile environment
- 2+ years of experience with Azure DataBricks
Preferred Qualifications:- Able to gather requirements and translate business requirements to technical requirements
- Strong communication skills

The hourly pay for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
