A Day in the Life of a Senior Corporate TrainerAs a Senior Corporate Trainer, you will design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs that strengthen employee skills and drive performance across the organization. Partnering closely with department leaders, you'll identify skill gaps, align training initiatives with business goals, and facilitate impactful learning experiences-both in-person and virtual. You'll also evaluate training effectiveness, using data and feedback to continuously improve content and ensure employees are set up for success.
This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on training professional who enjoys building programs from the ground up and making a measurable impact. In addition to leading key training initiatives, you may mentor junior trainers and help manage training resources to support ongoing development efforts. Responsibilities: - Partner with stakeholders to design impactful training programs that enhance skills, drive performance, and foster a culture of growth
- Facilitate engaging, adult-learning experiences across diverse audiences and learning styles
- Develop and deliver training content, including e-learning, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Own training intake, define scope, and align clear outcomes with business partners
- Manage and prioritize a centralized pipeline of training initiatives, balancing team workload effectively
- Collaborate with LMS leadership on course creation, scheduling, updates, and reporting
- Lead and support train-the-trainer programs to ensure scalable, high-quality delivery
- Advise leadership on training strategy, tools, and resource planning
- Travel up to 30%, including occasional international travel (valid passport required)
Experience & Education:- 5 or more years in a training/facilitator capacity or similar role
- Experience working with LMS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- E-learning experience, preferred
- CPLP certification, preferred
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish, English/French), preferred
- Toastmasters Level 1+, preferred
