Full Job Description
Beech Valley is seeking an experienced Senior Controller to lead and oversee core accounting and financial operations for a healthcare organization. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strong internal controls, while partnering with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate brings deep healthcare finance experience and a hands-on leadership approach.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee general accounting, payroll, and purchasing functions, including team leadership and development
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow analysis
  • Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Lead cost accounting efforts, including service line analysis and profitability improvement initiatives
  • Prepare and manage Medicare and Medicaid filings and ensure compliance with reimbursement regulations
  • Oversee cash management, fixed assets, and accounts payable/receivable processes
  • Partner with senior finance leadership to deliver financial reporting and analysis to executive teams and the Board
  • Lead annual financial audits and support internal audit processes
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal reporting and tax requirements


What We're Looking For
