Qualifications

• 7+ years in progressive accounting, ideally in product distribution within construction
• CPA is preferred for this role
• M&A and Private Equity experience are advantageous
• Audit experience is required to ensure regulatory compliance
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems are necessary

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
• Manage consolidated financial reporting and oversee budgeting and forecasting
• Coordinate the annual renewal of general liability insurance with brokers
• Monitor cash flow and working capital for ongoing projects
• Develop financial dashboards and KPIs for leadership
• Maintain relationships with banks, ensuring covenant compliance
• Oversee accounting lifecycle for fleet operations under GAAP standards
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and manage tax and audit readiness processes
