Job Title:Senior Consultant, SAP OTCRole Overview:As the Senior Consultant for S/4HANA Solutions at Argano, you will play a crucial role in delivering SAP S/4HANA solutions with expertise in Order to Cash (OTC) and Sales and Distribution (SD). You will be responsible for guiding our clients through their SAP S/4HANA transformation journey, ensuring the alignment of SAP solutions with their business objectives, and establishing Argano as the partner of choice for SAP digital transformations.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Solution Development:- Develop and implement strategic SAP S/4HANA solutions tailored to meet client needs across Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Analyze business processes and requirements to recommend appropriate SAP S/4HANA functionalities that enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
Client Engagement and Advisory:- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor in SAP S/4HANA capabilities and best practices.
- Understand and address the unique challenges of clients, aligning SAP S/4HANA solutions with their strategic business goals.
- Assessment services for our customers moving to digital transformation leveraging SAP S/4 solutions.
Project Leadership and Management:- Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, managing timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and innovation to achieve project objectives.
Risk Management and Quality Assurance:- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the smooth execution of SAP S/4HANA projects.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables meets Argano's high standards and client expectations.
Change Management and Training:- Guide clients through change management processes associated with SAP S/4HANA implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance client understanding and adoption of SAP S/4HANA functionalities.
Thought Leadership and Innovation:- Stay abreast of the latest SAP S/4HANA developments, trends, and best practices to maintain Argano's leadership in SAP solutions.
- Share insights and best practices with clients and internal teams, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Minimum and/or Preferred Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. An MBA or relevant master's degree is preferred.
- Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with a proven track record of successful SAP S/4HANA implementations across multiple core modules.
- Certifications: SAP S/4HANA certification(s) in relevant module(s) highly valued.
- Skills:
- Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA core module SD.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, capable of leading complex SAP implementation projects.
- Exceptional client engagement and communication skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
- Proficient in risk management, quality assurance, and change management processes.
- A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest SAP S/4HANA developments.
- Up to 80% of travel required depending on the project.
