Position SummaryAs a Senior Consultant, you'll support leading wealth management firms, working with senior executives, advisory teams, and State Street relationship managers to address business challenges and support growth. You'll help clients improve how they grow, lead, operate, and serve investors while developing practical consulting resources that strengthen Practice Management across the firm.
The role requires business strategy, intellectual curiosity, commercial judgment, and strong client engagement skills. Successful candidates help advisory businesses move from insight to action and develop resources that can be applied across client relationships.
Success requires the ability to engage financial advisors and firm leadership, contribute to strategic discussions, create actionable business resources, and manage multiple concurrent client engagements.

- Provide day-to-day management, coaching, and direction for Practice Management direct reports while strengthening consulting discipline and execution over time.
What We're Looking For- Approximately 6-8 years of experience in wealth management, advisory consulting, practice management, or a related financial services function, with direct exposure to the wealth management or advisory industry.
- Experience developing client-ready business content, such as presentations, discussion guides, reports, or frameworks, including examples of original work and materials adapted from existing concepts.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects or workstreams from planning through delivery, including scoping, timeline management, stakeholder coordination, and execution.
- Experience facilitating business discussions with financial advisors, advisory teams, or wealth management leadership.

- Organized Operator - Manages concurrent client engagements and deadlines while communicating priorities, risks, and progress clearly.
Additional Qualifications- Strong written, verbal, presence, and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Experience working collaboratively across multiple business functions
- Bachelor's degree required
- CFP®, CFA®, MBA, CIMA®, CEPA®, CPWA®, or similar professional designations valued but not required
- Ability to travel approximately 25-35%
Salary Range: $110,000 - $188,750 Annual
