  • Work closely with project management, engineering, procurement, and client representatives to ensure alignment between field activities and overall project objectives.

  • Identify field constraints, interface risks, and execution issues early, and work collaboratively to resolve them before they affect cost, schedule, or productivity.

  • Review drawings, plans, specifications, and work package requirements, and clearly communicate expectations to subcontractors and field teams, as and when required.

  • Assist in monitoring progress against project schedules and support recovery planning where required to maintain project milestones and delivery targets.

  • Enforce Parsons' health, safety, and environmental requirements and promote a strong, proactive safety culture across all site activities.

  • Lead field-level quality assurance and quality control oversight to ensure construction activities are completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, inspection and test plans, and project quality requirements.

  • Verify that subcontractors are implementing required quality processes, inspections, testing, documentation, and deficiency tracking in accordance with project standards and contract requirements.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and field reviews to confirm compliance with quality standards, design intent, regulatory requirements, and permit conditions, and ensure deficiencies are identified, documented, and addressed in a timely manner.

  • Coordinate with project quality personnel, engineering, and subcontractors to resolve non-conformances, clarify technical requirements, and support corrective actions where needed.

  • Maintain accurate daily reports, site records, progress updates, and field documentation.

  • Review and support completion of quality-related records, including inspection reports, turnover documentation, deficiency lists, and construction completion records.

  • Participate in site coordination meetings, subcontractor meetings, and construction planning sessions.

  • Support workforce planning, construction readiness, site access coordination, and material and equipment flow to maintain continuity of work.

  • Ensure construction work is carried out in accordance with regulatory requirements, site-specific permits, environmental obligations, and company procedures.

  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with the client, subcontractors, project teams, local and Indigenous communities, and other external stakeholders.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in construction-related field (or equivalent construction-related work experience), and typically 15+ years of experience in field construction is required. Experience in the construction of large civil/structural and/or industrial projects at domestic and/or foreign locations is preferred.

  • Significant experience in a General Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or senior field construction leadership role.
