Review and manage daily field reports, track reported production and earthwork volumes, and document SWPPP and quality compliance

Identify and elevate nonconformance, discrepancies, and schedule risks early

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

10+ years in heavy civil and/or utility construction, with senior field experience

Deep working knowledge of earthwork, underground utilities, and site development

Comfortable serving as the senior owner's representative on a large site independently

Willingness to work a rotating/extended schedule as the project scales to 24-7 operations

BENEFITS

We offer a comprehensive benefit package including health, dental, and vision insurance; paid parental leave; company-paid short- and long-term disability; 401(k) matching; paid time off; and tuition assistance.
