Job Title: Senior Construction Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC (Greater NC and SC areas)
Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Construction Manager to join our development team. This role will be instrumental in overseeing the design and construction phases of 200+ locations for a multi-unit franchisee (7 Brew drive thru coffee), ensuring that each development aligns with corporate standards, budgetary constraints, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities: - Feasibility Analysis: Assist in evaluating potential development sites, conducting thorough due diligence to assess zoning, land use, environmental considerations.
- Design Oversight: Collaborate with the VP of Construction, architects and engineers to review and refine design plans, ensuring compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and project specifications.
- Construction Management: Oversee the construction phase by tracking project timelines, managing budgets, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards. Weekly site inspections of active construction projects are expected.
Provide effective input to team members regarding project process execution, direct or assist in the resolution of site-specific issues.

Utilize document scheduling systems and products to track projects, ensuring adherence to standards and project schedules consistent with the company annual plan.
Regularly communicate project status and issues to project team members, management and Operations through requisite documentation and team meetings.
Collaborate with local project managers, partners/licensees, design, brand, procurement, marketing, store operations, real estate, and logistics.
- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed project budgets and provide regular updates to senior management on project status, financial cost performance, and potential risks as well as regional vendor development.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, contractors, municipal authorities, and other stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with a preference in Real Estate, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience starting at $125K/year, along with comprehensive benefits.
