A growing and well-established concrete construction company serving residential and commercial markets is seeking a
Senior Concrete Construction Estimator to join their team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is a high-visibility opportunity for an experienced estimator who wants to take ownership of projects, help grow new business, and play a meaningful role in building a scalable estimating function within an entrepreneurial environment.
What You'll Do as the Senior Concrete Construction Estimator:- Prepare detailed and competitive estimates for concrete construction projects
- Review plans, specifications, and bid documents to develop accurate project pricing
- Partner with operations and leadership teams on bid strategy and project planning
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, and industry partners
- Help identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential, structural, and commercial concrete markets
- Support the continued growth and development of the estimating department
- Mentor junior estimators and contribute to team development
- Participate in client meetings, bid reviews, negotiations, and project transitions
- Recommend improvements to estimating workflows, systems, and tools
Must-Haves as the Senior Concrete Construction Estimator:- 5+ years of direct concrete construction estimating experience
- Strong understanding of concrete construction practices, materials, labor, and pricing
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience contributing to business development or revenue growth efforts
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment
- Interest in helping shape and grow an estimating team
Nice-to-Haves as the Senior Concrete Construction Estimator:- Broader construction estimating experience across commercial or structural projects
- Existing network within the construction, developer, or contractor community
- Experience with Procore, ProEst, or similar estimating software
- Exposure to process improvement or technology implementation initiatives
- Leadership or mentoring experience within an estimating team
