Summary of Position

We're looking for a highly motivated early-career professional who is excited to build a career in digital health and healthcare technology. This role offers broad exposure across product, sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys learning quickly, solving problems, and taking ownership of meaningful work.

The Senior Commercial Enablement Specialist will support key initiatives that help our commercial teams better understand, position, and sell our virtual care and digital health solutions. The role combines project coordination, product knowledge development, sales enablement, data analysis, and AI-powered knowledge management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Product Demonstrations & Sales Enablement
  • Coordinate and lead the build of client-facing product demonstrations for our virtual care and digital health solutions.
  • Partner with Product, Clinical, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure demos accurately reflect product capabilities and value propositions.
  • Support sales presentations, internal training sessions, and customer meetings as needed.
  • Ensure demo environments reflect enhancements to improve the customer experience.

AI-Powered Knowledge Management
  • Help develop and maintain an AI-enabled repository of product knowledge and frequently asked questions.
  • Organize product documentation, competitive intelligence, implementation materials, and client-facing resources.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture and codify institutional knowledge.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage generative AI tools to improve self-service capabilities for sales and client-facing teams.

Reporting & Business Operations
  • Learn and manage Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Support reporting requests from Solution Strategy team on quarterly performance and analytics.
  • Analyze and summarize data to provide actionable insights.
  • Assist with process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Cross-Functional Project Support
  • Coordinate projects involving Product, Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Client Success, and Operations teams.
  • Track deliverables, follow up on action items, and help ensure key initiatives remain on schedule.
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting materials, presentations, and executive-ready summaries.
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.

  • Experience creating presentations, demos, or training materials.
  • Basic analytical skills and comfort working with data.

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2026. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.

We follow a Flexible Vacation Policy, intended for rest, relaxation, and personal time. All time off must be approved by your manager prior to use. You will also receive 80 hours of Paid Sick, Safe, and Caregiver Leave annually. This applies to full-time positions only.
