Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (6 additional years of experience in lieu of degree).
• 8+ years of experience in secure design, analysis, and testing of information security systems and products (6.5+ years with Master's).
• 8+ years of experience applying methods, standards, and approaches for implementing and documenting baseline security safeguards (6.5+ years with Master's).
• 8+ years of experience creating and updating security test plans for mitigating risk to information systems (6.5+ years with Master's).
• Required certifications: CISSP or CEH, a Cloud certification, and one of the following: CCNP Enterprise, CISM, CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, GCIA, or GDSA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team managing the RMF lifecycle for FBI IT systems.
• Coordinate RMF preparation activities and guide system categorization based on mission impact.
• Advise on security controls selection, tailoring, and documentation per Bureau standards.
• Direct the deployment of controls across system lifecycles, ensuring quality deliverables.
• Oversee security control assessments and prepare risk management documentation.
• Manage ongoing monitoring, continuous assessment activities, and metric collection.
• Provide expertise on risk analysis, incident response, and audits, communicating status to stakeholders.
